Liquidation and dissolution
If you, as a business owner, want to close the business, then you can use a so-called “betalingserklæring” (where the owner becomes liable for claims against the business) or through a solvent liquidation.
The solvent liquidation is more costly and takes more time. But on the other hand you are not liable if unforeseen claims arise. We are always available to discuss the choice of procedure.
